Project Development
At Sonia Bath, we not only design and manufacture bathroom accessory and furniture collections, but we also have a team dedicated to creating customized products for contract projects. Below we show you all the phases of the project.
01. Analysis
After a meeting with the client, our team interprets and analyzes the feasibility of the project based on the idea or input provided.
06. Final Costs
After a thorough production cost analysis, the project’s viability is determined. If it aligns with the initial data, we proceed with the process.
02. Initial Data
Start and launch of the project based on the key points for product development. Definition of requirements and needs.
07. Bill of Materials
Once the project is validated, the necessary materials for each product are itemized.
03. Sketches and Renders
Initial sketches of the project based on the initial data. In some cases, we create 3D models at this stage to assess the product or project’s feasibility. The design will then undergo changes and improvements.
08. Validation and Production
Coordinated production of the different elements that make up the project according to their specifications. We aim to carry out all manufacturing processes in Spain.
04. Technical Development
Generation of technical drawings and prototypes if applicable. At this stage, the project’s viability is verified.
09. Reception and Storage
Product reception, assembly, and storage. After labeling, it is ready for delivery.
05. Prototypes and Improvement Analysis
Examination of the prototype to identify weaknesses and establish specific corrective actions for each item.
